Help - in so much pain

So I got Mirena IUD put in at the end of January. For the past 3weeks I've had pain in what feels like my left ovarie. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative. I've now got extreme low back pain near my tailbone and it radiates down my right leg. I know I need to see a doctor, but I can't right away. Anyone have any idea what could be going on? I'm not sure they are connected, but I'm guessing that it is related. Any help would be appreciated.

I am also a Mirena user I have had mine for a little under 17 months. Before the having my son and getting the Mirena I had ovarian cysts that needed to be removed. If the pain is super bad and it feels unbearable some days it could very well be cysts which I know may sound scary, but being the fact that I have had them and yes there not fun they can be helped. I haven't had a problem with mine, but I do know a lot of problems may be possible. I would go back to your OB/GYN and let them know of the issues or just call them and see if they may have a clue.
