I only put on Nine kilos for both my pregnancies so i cant really relate completely but i was told it takes 9 months to put the weight on so give your self at least nine to loose it. If your breast feeding this helps and if your exercising you may have gotten fitter so mix your routine up a bit and give your body bit of a challenge. It's a lot easier to keep the weight off once your child is up and moving, running around with your toddler burns heaps of calories:) i think getting your bubs in the pram and walking for 40mins to an hour 5 times a week (briskly and up hills) is the easiest and best way to drop kilos. Remember its not the number on the scales thats important its about you being healthy and happy. You'll get there, your body is amazing and has created and sustained a whole new person, so be proud of it.

All I can say is I gave birth 6 months ago and lost all my baby weight and plus some once I started just dieting and working out for an hour hour days a week. Putting the boy in the stroller and jogging/walking/running for a few miles. You can do it! Dont give up!

I put on 34kg when I was pregnant with my daughter. She's now nearly 4 months old and I've only managed to drop about 15kg, and 11 of that was before I even left hospital! I feel like my body still thinks I'm pregnant because I'm still HUNGRY. It's ridiculous :( I'm no longer breastfeeding so have cut bread out of my diet, and I'm back drinking coffee but have cut back to only 1 sugar not 2. It's been made extra hard for me as I had a 3rd degree tear that is still not 100% and I've been limited in what sort of exercise I can do (so far have only got clearance for 15 min daily walks, but have another check-up in a week). So unfortunately I don't have the answer, but wanted to let you know I'm in the same position. And it sux. But my doctor keeps telling me it takes 2 years for your body to return to normal, inside and out, after having a baby. I tell her that's fine for the inside, but I'd prefer the outside to hurry up :-P
