If you want a high chair that can grow with your child into the toddler years then I would go with the Fisher Price Space Saver they are around $80 CAN and they attach to a regular chair so it's portable. It also has 3 positions a recline for young infants, a semi recline for older infants, upright for children that can sit up and their own and it can then turn into a booster seat for when your girls are 2 or 3 years old. Not to mention it is well made and comfortable, my daughter loves hers. It's much more affordable to buy a booster/highchair rather then a regular highchair especially since your going to have to buy 2 of them.

Oh, I just remembered! Check out online for any "Smart Mom" consignment sales in your area! Those things are a life-saver for everything from clothes to toys...you name it, you can find it there cheap. Good luck!

I have two highchairs. One for home and one for away. The one we use at home is a pottery barn restaurant style that sits right up to the table without a tray (@ $80) and I love it, my daughter is learning to eat at the table like a big girl and it's fun. The other one I got online from babies r us, it's $35 and works great. I really wanted something with a higher back just in case of hissy fits and flinging herself backwards. we've used this several times and she bounces away in it and it hold on, you can take the seat off the metal and throw it in the wash too.

Target has folding booster seats with trays. That's what I got with my first son (and we'll be using the same one for our second son when he gets a little bigger). It's great b/c you can stick the tray and tray cover in the dishwasher for easy sanitation plus you can take it easily to a friend or grandparent's house or even to a restaurant with you.

Well I dont know how much chair space you have but I find the best ones are the small ones that go from newborn to booster that connect to your dinning room or kitchen chairs. They take up less room and are only like $30 new from Walmart or Toys R Us. I have a big expensive one from Toys R Us that is over one hundred dolars and all we use is the little on. More convienent : ) Hope that helped.

hands down the greatest high chair ever is the one from IKEA! Super easy to clean and cheap as can be!

Has a tablette too for 5 bucks more. Seriously, this is the most practical thing ever. I was given one of those peg perego leather ones but its so hard to clean and just way too big. Used ths on at a friends house and went out and bought it right away!
