Hi everyone my name is Patricia from NJ I'm 25yrs. old with a 20 month old daughter. I'm on here to meet new mommy's and to find out when is the best time to take my daughters pacifier away. I'm having a real hard time with that, and her father doesn't help with it either. Every time i'm with her she doesn't have it when he comes home it's bobo bobo. It's really hard when my partner doesn't want to back me up on it. What should i do & how do i make him be on my side with this?. I really need advice with this. thank you, Patricia

i started to take my sons away when we were out and the only time he was allowed it was if he was tired or hurt himself that was around the age of 18 mo. When he was 2 i told him that bob the builder had to take it away to fix it and he gave it to me and never asked me for it again.

From my experiences, throw them all away if you don't want her to have them anymore...I know that it sounds bad, but if there are none to use, then there are none to give her...I hope that help, because if she has it for too long, I hear that it could cause tooth problems.
