Hi. First off are you in Australia? If so you can get Bonjela from any supermarket or Chemist. It is basically a numbing agent that helps relieve the pain for a few hours. You can only apply it every 4 hours. Panadol you can only get from the chemist and you have to ask for it. Its a liquid and my son thinks it's the best tasting stuff ever so it's easy to get him to take it.

I have tried the teething rings and he actually wont take them cold so i just let him chew on them. some days are worse then others though. he is very good about sleeping its only during the day. where did you get the bonjela and panadol i have never heard of that.

Hi Ashley. My son has just started teething also and he is nearly 6 months. I know how you feel. You feel so helpless when they cry. Do you have teething rings that you can put in the fridge? That helps alot to soothe their gums. Also I give Jace rusk sticks, Milk Arrowroot biscuits and stuff that he can chew that isn't too harsh for his gums. Of a night I give him a half dose of Panadol and rub some Bonjela on his gums. Bonjela usually lasts for around 4 hours so it's plenty of time for them to settle and get to sleep.

Hope this helps. :)
