How 2 lose the baby weight/tummy?

Ok so I gained a few lbs with my first baby. 100lbs to be exact. yes that was only 1 child and I did not even look pregnant. never once did I have a single person ask when I was due. my second I lost 15lbs never gained an ounce and everyone asked when I was due. don't ask how that worked but yet. anyway I have this like double tummy now and can not seem to get rid of it. I have a line from side to side at my belly button that divides the 2. any suggestions on how to get rid of this. I have tried sit up but they did not help.

Sit ups on their own don't work. You need a good balance of cardio, toning and diet.
Walking is a good start.
Get a ball and kick it around the park or garden with your kids. Push them on the swings.
Dance videos are a good idea.

If you are really motivated, set yourself up a little circuit at home. Start with say 20-30 secs (or whatever you can manage) per station, say sit ups, squats, lunges, burpees, box jumps, skipping, mix it up abit and go through it say 3 times. You can add more or less or mix up the exercises. Use weights to increase the intensity and maximise your workout.

walk walk walk. go to the parks and run and play with the kids, go to the zoo and walk around, heck even walking 4 times wall to wall in walmart you've done a mile! Get dance videos and dance your heart out when no one is home, dance with the kids they love that. You'll see progress if you dance for 30min everyday for a week I promise.
