I have a 19 month old lil girl who is attached to her paci more dan she is anything else...I have tried everything from just taking it from her and letting her cry it out which did not work cause all she did was yell and holler. I have even went about putting a hole in it and all she did was whine and say mommie its broke but at the end of the day she still sucked it...I really need help with ideals because I think she is getting to old for the paci. My oldest daughter who is 3 now didnt have this problem with the paci...so plz guys all the suggestions are needed and welcome...i appreciate everythang...thank u

I didn't have a problem with the paci, but we transitioned to cups from bottles at Easter and told her the Easter Bunny took her bottles so another little girl could use them and she didn't need them because she was such a big girl, now. Halloween is coming up...maybe the Paci Fairy is coming to take them to a baby girl!

I HAVE 4 CHILDREN. MY 1ST ONE NEVER LIKED IT, MY 2ND ONE ONLY USED IT FOR LIKE THE FIRST 7MONTHS SHE JUST DIND'T WANT IT ANYMORE THEN MY THIRD WE TOOK IT AWAY AT A 1 1/2 WHEN WE FOUND OUT WE WERE EXPECTING AGAIN WE JUST TOLD HER SHE WAS A BIG GIRL AND THAT SHE DIDNT NEED IT ANYMORE. IT WAS A EASY TRANSITION FOR HER TILL SHE SAW THE NEW BABY AND WHEN SHE SAW HER BABY SIS WITH IT SHE KINDA WANTED TO TASTE HER PACIFIER LOL WE CAUGHT HER AFEW TIMES TAKING IT FROM THE BABY AND SUCKING ON IT. EVERY CHILD IS DIFFERENT .
