How can I make up for something to my husband?

Last night, my husband and I had a huge fight over something not even worth fighting about. I had a rough day because my kids were in a mood and not listening very well and fighting a lot, I understand kids do that but I was just beyond frustrated by the time my husband came home from work. So we talked about it and we all went on a walk together. I got mad because I had told the kids to stay out of the road and walk on the grass for safety reasons. My husband walked in the middle of the road and my daughter who is almost ten decided to walk with him in the road after I had told her to stay in the grass with the others. I was furious...It is silly I know because she was safe and on the right side of him where there was not going to be any cars coming her way. I am about to start my period today or tomorrow and I think maybe that is why I am extra moody. Anyway I was fighting with my husband over everything and then he thought he could try and pin me down and tickle me to cheer me up and I hurt him trying to get out of it...He never got mad. Then I started crying and feeling depressed and we went to bed and now today I am back to normal and want to show him how much I appreciate him putting up with my moodiness that sometimes gets out of control. I feel so bad because I was acting crazy. Any ideas on what I could do to make it up to him?

This has happened to me SOOOO many times... Maybe just admit to him you've been stupid lately and tell him your sorry for everything , kinda joke around with him like "did you get a bump?"lol ... Because you hit him.
I'm sure he'll forgive you .. Unless hese like SUPER mean ..

That's exactly what I did. He did not seem to care too much I feel bad for hurting him but again he doesn't seem too affected by it. He is happy to have me and is ok with putting up with my craziness once in awhile. I am sooo lucky. Thank you for the response
