Don't stress :) It will happen when he/she is ready. My daughter was almost 3 when she finally got potty trained. I tried pull ups (HATE THEM!!! some kids still think they are diapers and will go in them) I stopped with the pullups and I put her in panties and when she pee'd down her leg...she learned at that moment that was not a pleasant experience..... that was the end of that! Now with my son.... he was very easy... I bought spiderman underwear and explained that spidey isn't happy when he gets pee'd on..... and Brody was all too eager to keep spidey happy and went on the potty... persistance is the key.... take them to the potty about every 15-20 minutes and PRAISE them when they go....make it a big deal.... jump up and down and clap and tell them GOOD JOB!!! Find one thing that your child loves (smarties candy worked for a child in my classroom) ONLY give him/her smarties when he/she goes on the potty.... GOOD LUCK :)

Hi! Well, I guess here in Mexico we do things differently, but what worked for me was telling y son that he was a big boy now, and we needed to put all diapers in a "baby" bag,so the babies could take them. I told him the "big boy fairy" would leave a surprise... I waited 5 minutes and replaced the diapers with big boy underpants. He was shocked and excited!! It wasn't overnight, and it took a lot of patience...the most important thing is to make sure you encourage him when he goes potty, and if he has an accident, just say "well, well do better next time, let's practice" make it fun!!

A good tip my son's teacher gave me was putting paper cutouts of funny pictures in the toilet and play to aim with the pee (haha!).. it worked!!

Keep askin if he/she needs to go to the potty and if they at least try n go praise them and if they actually go LOTS AND LOTS OF PRAISE!!! Try takin em evry 5 or 10 mins and set em on the potty at 1 time or another they will go and they will see how proud of them u r and they will want to do it more.

keep telling them how much of a big girl or boy they are using the big potty and use undies or pull ups!
