You can't reduce the spit's but you can reduce the tops. My dearest little one is also the same as your child, I used those good dribble bibs for her and surprisingly, she doesn't need to change all the time. From 6 tops, it now becomes 3-4 tops.

the exact same thing happened my little girl when she was the same age and the only thing i found to help was putting a bib underneath her top that way even if the top gets wet you know know its not getting onto her chest. and also investing in a good tumble dryer to help with all the washing helps. lol lol.

Hi Gemma!
I am also a young mom but mine are now 15 months old and almost 3. My youngest did the most spitting up when she was younger and the only thing I found helped was when she ate a lot of solid foods. And taking her off of Formula and giving her 3.25% milk was also a big help! Hope you get a break from laundry soon!

I don't think there is a way to reduce how much spit they have...I have two children and they both did that for months...They do eventually reduce it or learn to swallow it one...
