Easy, you come first! If that means that you get one less thing done around the house so that you can feel better about yourself, then so be it! Suprisingly, you will probably get more done if you take the time to be beautiful!

god do i know that feeling! i have a 3 year old son, 1 year old daughter, and to top it off i'm 6 months pregnant!!! one thing that has helped me a lot, is well thanks to my husband. once a week he watchs the kids while i go get my nails or hair done. and that does help, kind of makes me feel like a woman again. one more thing that my sister told me is say goodbye to sweat pants, sweat shirts, track suits, all that big comfy stuff! and it has made a difference.

i really wish i could be of more help. but i do know exactly what you are going through and it is rough. hang in there sweetie it'll get better

I know this feeling! I don't have an answer, well because I never 'get pretty' anymore :(

I hardly have time to shower every day, let alone do my hair and makeup. lol. I have a 23 month old and a 5 month old. lol. I am gonna try to start going to the gym next week with my sister in law because we all need "ME" time every once in a while and working out definitely makes me feel better!

If I want to be dressed and all "done up" I have to get up before my daughter or my hubby... I am a SAHM and don't have any time at all to do it during the day because I'm always playing with my daughter and when she naps I clean and make us lunch and then while she plays later in the day I'm getting thing ready for dinner... I'm way to busy to stop during to do it so if I want it do I have to plan for it in the morning.

I'm a single mom and I don't stay home with my kid so the times I get to fix my hair and makeup are when he's asleep. I get up before him to get ready for work and on the weekends I either do it while he's playing or while he's napping. So that's my practical answer. My more gooey answer is to look at what you've created and realize that true beauty in them. Also, judging by your photo, you and your husband seem to be pretty close. You should feel beautiful every time he looks at you.
