How do I deal with my own mom?

My husband (25 yo) and I (23 yo) moved back into my parents home a few months ago after our apartment lease was up. Our son is 9 months old and everyone in the house works. I just went back to work full time and my mom and husband work part time early in the morning and are home by 10 am so they are the two people who watch my son. Both of them feel burned out and separately come to me and say they are with the baby too much. I work 9+ hours a day 4-5 days a week and from the second I leave I have him and then as soon as I walk in the door. I love him, but on my day off I wanted to rest and my mom persuaded me to go into NYC to visit my brother. When we got home I was so tired I just needed to rest so I gave the baby to her knowing that it would give me a little heat from her. I told her to bring him to me whenever she wanted to do something else. I woke up 2 hours later and she is so mad that she won't even speak to me. She had my son in front of the tv ( which is frequent when he's with her) and I asked if he went to the bathroom. Her response was "of course he did." and she refused to talk to me saying that we need to have a giant talk tomorrow about responsibility. If the two people who watch my son feel like they're with him too much and I can't quit my job or get any rest. What can I do now?

is daycare an option?? he might be better off interacting with other kids playing then sitting in front of the tv all day and it might save you the head ache of listening them both criticizing you

you should explain to them your position you are in now. since you are both in a full time job and are a mother. i work as-well and sometimes my husband helps me out. soo it seems like you need a friend or a trustful maid, so while your mom and husband are at home the maid both cleans and takes care of the kid.
