This is what i did. I took my daughter to the store with me and let her decide what cup she wanted and told her that the bottle has to go to some other baby. That she was a big girl. When we got home i had her throw all the bottles in the trash. Then she had no choice but to use the cup.

Me and my fiance...my daughter's step father, my daughter is 2 and a half...and honestly what we started doing was started giving her water in it instead of milk or juice. And one day my fiance just took it away from her for nap and bed...and now her christian dior baby bottle is just chillen up in the cupboard. And just give her the sippy cup during the day if ur just starting and the bottle at night. ull go through so many kinds until u find the right one. and than soon just take it and find it...and play a game with her over where the bottle is and try and make her think that the cup is her bottle and that shes a big girl, not a baby and that a bottle is for babies and shes a big girl now. she doesnt need the bottle...if you know what i mean?!?

Throw them away. She does not need a bottle to go to sleep she is old enough to self soothe. And you are causing damage to her teeth by giving her a bottle in the middle of the night as I can guess you arent staying up to brush her teeth as soon as she is done. The first few nights no one will get much sleep, but sorry there is no easy way to do this, especially at this age.

just give her, her sippy, and throw the bottles away and tell her all gone... that is all i have... my 2 year old ditched her bottle on her own a week before her first birthday ... she wouldnt drink out of it... only her sippy... so i really have no idea but i am a firm beliver in let the child cry.. and dont give in!!!

this is my advice and what I did. I would only offer water at first with the bottle and at the nap time only offer the sippy cup. She will not be excited about this but be strong and make it a game and exciting it might work. Then the next week take away the bottle during the night time drinks as well. YOu might find resistance for a week or two but be strong it will pass. good luck
