Great tips!
"¼ of U.S. kids had at least one cavity filled in the past year, and most of them had two or more.

Cavities are nearly 100 % preventable. Parents can help their children learn strong dental care habits to save them from filling and drilling.

Make Brushing a Family Affair

Children are far more likely to learn how to brush properly with some help. They also need someone to make sure they get a full 2 minutes, twice a day. That’s something only 59 % of American kids are currently doing. Parents should also help kids floss once a day as soon as they have teeth that are touching.

Start helping your kids build healthy dental habits this month and turn these cavity statistics around!"

Take her in the bathroom when you brush urs. Kids like to copy and mimic their parents. and if all else fails hold her down mine like brushing their teeth but my middle went through a yime where he hated it and I held him down...I started my kids at like 3mo with brushin their teeth so I'm not much help but I did go throught hat lil time when he wouldnt so GOOD LUCK

Sing! My son always stops crying and pays attention when I break out into song.....sing this to the tune of row, row, row your boat.....brush, brush, brush your teeth, brush your teeth with toothpaste, down the drain the germs will go when you brush your teeth....hopefully she'll be more willing to let you get a toothbrush in there when you're singing....good luck!

My 14month old wont let me "brush them" persay but I do give him his toothbrush with a little paste on it and he chews it, let her play with the toothbrush first then approach the "brushing" side of it. My son now likes brushing his teeth in the morning when I am

put a lil bit ( i mean you can barely see it/ no flouride toothpaste) of baby toothpaste on it and have someone hold her while you open her mouth and brush her teeth QUICKLY ( or else it will get violent lol)

she is gonna hate it like crazy but give it a couple weeks. And before you brush them brush your teeth with her in the room and give her a toothbrush, sometimes she will mimic you.

thats what i have been doing, its looong process lol

I take my son with me and we brush our teeth together. He mostly chews on his tooth brush while I brush my teeth. When I am done he lets me brush his. He loves it now. Let her play with her tooth brush. That way she will feel like she is doing something big. Good luck
