My 1yr old daughter has a problem going to bed at night but when she does goes to sleep she sleeps all nite... I normally get her in bed by 11pm but there are nites when she doesn't go to bed until 2am... She normally wakes up between 8am-10am... She takes a nap from 10am-noon and 4pm-6pm... I just started a job working from home at nite and I would like for her to be in bed by 10pm... Are there anything's that I can do to get her to bed by then...???

Instead of allowing her to sleep until 10 am have her up by 8 am, even if you have to wake her. For the morning nap try doing one from 10 am to 11 am.....only allow her 1 hr to sleep. Then for the afternoon nap go from 1:30 to 3:30 pm.....do not allow her to sleep later then 4:00pm or she will not be tired for bedtime. Then do bedtime between 8:00 to 9:00 pm. She may or may not need the morning nap, so if she seems like she does not need that nap take it out and then if needed allow the afternoon nap to go from 1:30-4:00 pm, but don't go later then 4pm.

Right now she is on a different schedule you just have to switch her scheduling around. At first she might be extra cranky because you are either waking her or keeping her up when she wants to sleep, but give it time. As she adjusts to the new schedule she will become less cranky.
