My son was the same way. We finally just had enough of it and just continued to put him back in bed every time he got out. It was horrible the first night and then by the 3rd night he stayed there till in the morning. I would say to do this on the weekend if you both work. B/c it is very stressful. Just DON'T give in or it will make it harder. It broke my heart to listen to him cry but he got over. They may cry for an hour or so. Trust me it is well worth it and you will be thankful for you hard work. No matter how tired you are just remember they are just as tired. Being consistant is the key. The best of luck to you.

depends on how old she is?

if she is like 8 months old, then just put her in her crib and not your bed. as simple as that really. you may have to do control crying for a few nights, but she will soon realise that that is her bed.

all the best :)
