It's a love hate relationship ;-p
After my first child I had a new appreciation for all that my body could do.
Just before becoming pregnant with my third, I had embarked on an exercise program to lose the weight I had put on AFTER #2 with too many cookies and ice cream. Then, surprise!

My third just turned a year and since January, I've gotten back to my ideal body weight and am doing my best to get some healthier food habits ingrained in my lifestyle. I also am running 3 times a week.

So, right now, I could stand to be a little more tone around the middle, but honestly, with three kids, I feel like I look pretty good.

Pleasantly surprised actually! I'm thinner than I've ever been. I probably sound annoying... I feel like my metabolism changed somewhat. Plus am way more busy, so I don't eat out of boredom! :) No doubt that nursing/ pumping for 13 months helped too.

I've had two children already and I like my body when I'm not pregnant. I didn't have any excess skin and my stomach was flat until about 6 months ago. I'm now 7 months pregnant with twins and very nervous about what my stomach is going to look like after this!! My butt has always been big and my hips and thighs get wider with each pregnancy but that's something I can deal with =) Plus my hubby likes my big booty, lol!

I don't like my body at all. We are try for another baby right now so hopefully once the next one is born I will be able to work hard and get rid of the extra weight. I would work on it right now but I just don't see much of a point right now.

Well, I think its great that certain women adjust well to the after effects of pregnancy and children. I personally am not concerned with how other people look at me its about me being comfortable with how I look. I mean, I totally get what your saying and take no offense to it but while now I am a mommy first, I'm still a woman... a woman who likes to look and feel good for herself and realistically her husband too. If it were a choice of being this size or my son well that's obviously a no brainer but just because I have kids doesn't mean I'm going to not care about my appearance. I just feel like so long as its healthy, not obsessive, there doesn't have to be a choice between looking good and having happy children...

I see how everyone post about how they dont like their body and this and that.. To be honest It did get a little while to get use to the new you because of having kids. but honestly you got something greater than just an apperance you have the most presious thing in life and that is your little one.. So ask your self does your apperance really matter as long as your children are happy?? I know that Im happy with my body why because iam me and I dont care what other people think.. Its nature and life..

I am ten pounds away from where I was when I found out I was pregnant. I was side track with weight loss because I found out I was pregnant!

I hated being pregnant, but now that I am not I miss my belly soooo much. There are some aspects of my post baby body that I find super unsettling, but there are also some that I don't mind. Nursing boobs fill out a shirt pretty well...And my husband seems happy so I guess it could be a lot worse. :)

Not happy at all after having 2 babies my body is not what I want it to be. but it is all worth it I have 2 handsome boys. And as for getting it back it's hard when you have your kids and no time for yourself.

Absolutely hate it! I love my baby boy with every breath of me and would go through this over and over for him but I'm still totally uncomfortable with my shape... and how much I fluctuate... Finding clothes for this size when I have no intention of staying here is just out of the question for me... and when I have nothing to wear and feel like a bum its just all that much worse... Its a vicious cycle! But I'm working on it so I know I'll have the rest off soon enough...

Not 100% happy with my new body, but it did give me my beautiful baby boy so I can't complain. I'm ttc again, so after baby #2 arrives I'm going to try and get at least my pre-baby body weight back.

After 2 babies in 2 years, I don't know whose body I have...because its not mine!!! I now have to work on creating a new body because the old one is gone...
