I have tested all the veggies and my son has no allergies. How many times daily can I feed them to him? How much? 1 jar? 1/2 jar?

Hmm well my son i been feeding the 1stage the whole jar since he was 3months once a day. now he is 4months i feed him mashed potatoes made with his formula of course and later on either a jar of fruits or veggies he is perfectly fine and healthy even eats mushed rice and he doesnt even have teeth yet but he chews with his gums as if he had teeth its soo adorable. I give him any other foods like mushed beans which give them lots of proteins and is good for them. i mean all babies are different but my little man is a hungry boy! I let him suck the juices of the meat so he can get a taste for the seasonings he hasnt gotten sick and is as strong and healthy as ever my doctor says im doing a great job and he is perfectly fine and healthy to keep up watever it is im doing.

When my kids were about that age, I would feed them two or three times a day. I used to do about a quarter of a cup total, maybe a little less and I would mix half rice cereal or oat meal, mixed with breast milk or formula, and half with half a jar of 1st foods veggies, or fruit. The doctor thought it was fine, but the reason I did it that way was because I figured I would feed them a breakfast, a lunch and a dinner, so that their bottles were more like snacks and they went longer between feedings, but ate more at each "meal".

This is what I did, I hope it gives you some ideas for what you decide to do!

Warm wishes,

at five months my son was eating one jar at lunch and 1 jar at dinner. I started him with half a jar at both meals and as he wanted more, just gave him more....he may drink less formula, but at first still offer it to him. I also fed my son a little cereal for he's 6 months and has oatmeal and fruit for breakfast, and a stage 2 fruit or veggie for lunch and a stage 2 meat/veggie for dinner. I would just do what you are comfortable with
