Pretty much says it all. At noon today it was over 28 C outside. With humidity, it feels like its over 35. My apartment has very poor air circulation, but we're moving out in a few weeks.

Its so bad, that when I take my daughter out of her high chair after a meal, I need to change her because there's that much sweat running off her.

How can I make her feel better during this?

just keep her in a nappy or just in a vest! Swimming pools are a miracle in the heat we have been having!

We keep giving our son cool baths to lower his body temp. I also put a cold cloth on his head when he nurses because of the transfer of body heat. He has had on nothing but his diaper for the last week also. Hope this helps.

Oh forgot to add after the sun had gone we opened up everything because it let the cool air run through then closed it all up again when we went to bed.

Before we got A/C we would make sure all windows and doors(we're in a house) were closed up tight. We covered our windows (tinfoil, garbage bags work good or a dark blind if you have one or want to buy one). Nothing got opened unless we had to go outside (doors obviously lol) or until the sun had gone down. We also bought fans that we had running all the time. You feel like your living in a cave but it does help it from getting overly hot during the day.
