Sometimes they will wake up. simply give them a hug and bring them back to their bed. It might take a little while of you doing that. Since he is falling asleep in his bed it makes it much easier.

My one daughter slept with me every night, when i moved her into her bed for the first few weeks her bed was right next to mine. If she woke up she could hear and see me. I assume she woke here and there but never woke me. After that i moved her bed across the room for a little bit. Now she's in her own room, this coming from a child who never slept alone.

Have you tried putting him back into his bed when he wakes and sitting or lying with him until he goes back to sleep? We did this with our son around that age and it worked perfectly. Good luck!

He will sleep for like 3 hours in there and then wakes up to sleep with us. Yes, his room is right next door to ours. We've been trying for a month. Do you have any tips?

are they just transitioning from the crib? Are they getting up to come sleep with you? How long have they been trying out their bed? Is their bed in another room?
