does anyone know what is the quickest way to loosing tummy fat? withount going to the gym..... i dont eat bugger all so i dont get why im fat, i do have 3 kids, maybe thats why....? since havin them my metabolysim has gone out the window ,please help!!!!!

dont diet !! just follow simple steps dont eat after six excerise two hours everyday walking great way watch what u eat and how much change your food prymid around add more vegs and fruit learn how to spice up vegs and fruit get plenty of and find a ab roller its ur best friend lol if u eat too much pastsa limit breads if u have to take up a hobby fishing or hiking and most of all make it a famiy thing

quickest way in general is breast feeding - but that's only cause it burns calories like crazy (I've had to eat as often as I can because I needed to make sure I was producing enough for my baby, she's a month old today). If you're not able to breast feed, then any other way would just be making sure you're staying as active as possible. My mom had 6 children, and she wasn't in the best of shape before. But due to staying busy she's all fit again o.o; amazing how that happens. Anyway don't give up hope ^^ every little bit counts even if it's just going up and down the stairs an extra time a day. btw, Eating fruits and veggies may help your body cope a little easier if you don't feel like pushing yourself extra. That's pretty much all I do, and I didn't have much trouble at all so far with staying thin. (still got a little pudge though cause i did give birth just a while ago). hope for the best ^^
