Meant to mention the bottles there aswell, there are special bottles you can buy to help reduce the air bubbles in the milk (prevention is better than cure) and the bottles I used are the best normal bottles for doing this and not so pricey as the special ones. Boys are more prone to colic apparently, unsure why though. If you want more info on the types of bottles send me a mail and I'll tell you the brands as don't want to advertise here. Hope this was of some help to you.

Hi Jodie, my son is now almost 5 but when he was a baby he was very colicy and we used a natural remedy called Colicynth (Not sure of the spelling) We got it from the pharmacy not the doc, although I'm sure the doc could prescribe it. It's all herbal/natural as far as I'm aware and it worked wonders for him!! It comes in liquid and/or granulated forms. I used the granules, put some on the end of your finger and put on to babys tounge half an hour before feeding time. Doing it this way also gets baby into a routine with feeding as they know the milk will be there soon. As I said it was fantastic with my son (and neice) and worked better than the other things you get to treat wind/colic. I hope this was of some help and I hope it settles the little one if you try it!
