It's never too young! I started at birth with bopth of my kids. It isn't training, but I hate that term anyway.

it all depends on the child, wait till she shows an interest in useing the potty, it doesn't hurt to have a potty in the house at any age but when it comes to properly potty training wait till she wants to use it, maybe she shows an interest when u go to the toilet, maybe she shows a sidlike to having a durty nappy on. biggest sign she's getting ready for potty training is when they tell you they are having a wee as it's coming out as the next step after that is just before it comes out. most of my family have been almost 3 or even over 3 before coming out of nappies but some children can manage it as young as 18mths so just see, just as long as you don't push them when they not ready got that can put them off useing the potty all together.

My daughter is 12 months and we have a potty next to the toilet for her, she follows me to the toilet and although i have'nt taken her pants of yet she still sits on the potty next to me. That way she gets the idea that she has to sit there and not get up all the time. My son was fully trained at 14 months because he wanted to. It's never too early but don't push it on to them they will do it when they are ready to, just encourage, because sometimes they will go backwards

When she starts showing interest. there are a ton of various threads I've already read some people started as early as a year. I didn't start with any of mine until they were at least 2. Though boys and girls differ, take the ques from your daughter. don't try to force her into it. go slow, take your time, have a rewards system, or one big goal, and be patient. it may take a week it may take a year. Honestly it may take that long. be ready for accidents. good luck

My daughter is 10months currently, she follows me in the bathroom and laughs when she hears me pee. She is walking and understands "no" and is very active. I was wondering if this was to young.

Hi Stacy, I would suggest starting as soon as your daughter shows interest i started with my son just before 2 however he got bored and lazy after a few weeks we stopped and started again using sticker charts, rewards and lots of praises (as you'll learn pressure doesnt do them any good they have to want to) by 3 he was trained we still have accidents now though, just gotta work on nights now : )

Good luck !!!!!!
