Hi I'm 27 and my doctor and I have been talking about doing a hysterectomy for the last 2 years. I have one 2 year old and my husband and I are ok with just having one child, I'm still a little nervous about making it final. I have fibroid and endometriosis , but with that I have SO many more issues. Any advice pros and cons of doing it or not? Thanks

I understand endometriosis and fibroids can be difficult (I was diagnosed at 23 - I am now 44). I just don't understand why you would go as drastic as a hysterectomy. Firstly, a hysterectomy is not necessarily a cure for endometriosis. Often it will only be considered treatment if the ovaries are removed too, and at 27, this is more than a decision about making it final, this is a decision to go into menopause or take HRT to prevent menopause. Unless your endometriosis is severe, I wouldn't recommend this as an alternative. Have you explored other options?
