I could really use some help here.

I'm a single mother of three and I'm desperately in need of some support right now. My children are currently in the system because when my ex husband gave my son a black eye I chose to take my son to the hospital to make sure it was ONLY a black eye. CPS got involved that day, but my children remained with me. However, after a while I found myself the target of their scrutinity and found myself in court being accused of negligence because my daughter rocked herself. I brought papers with me to court that stated rocking was normal for her age and even though it may cause a bump, it couldn't do any real or permanent damage. Because the judge disagreed with said papers, my children were removed. My youngest who was only two months old at the time was returned two weeks later, but my other two remained in foster care for 10 months. After a lot of hoops and CPS delays I managed to corner CPS into returning my children. 4 months later they were removed again just before the case was due to close and now I'm stuck fighting them again- only this time they want to terminate and give all three of my children to the foster parents. Allow them to adopt. I'm not a perfect mother, but I am a good one. My children are clean and fed and looked after. My house isn't always perfect (I have three kids lol) but it's never been unsanitary or unsafe. If you would please take the time to read my full story on my website www.facss.net and sign the guestbook to show support I would greatly appreciate it. I've also got a cause on facebook: http://apps.facebook.com/causes/288526/ This is all I can do to fight right now. And for my children, I'll do whatever I have to to bring them home.

I hope everything works out for you. You know sometimes I think people just look at the fact that you are a young mother and assume you can't take care of your children. Keep fighting and dont give up. Honestly sometimes I dont think the system cares either. i will keep you in my prayers.

Usually cps does not just remove children. Their goal is to keep families together. If you really are doing the best than get letters from psychologists, doctors ect telling cps that you have changed or that the children will not be in danger.
Provide the proof they need and get a lawyer to help you.
