Hi, I am a single mum to 3 beautiful kids, would love some suggestions on some quick simple no additive, no colors food for our busy nights (3nights week we get home around 6)

have you tried batch cooking? if you cook things like spag bol, soup, casserole etc in large quantities then it can be frozen in plastic tubs then all ou need to do is take it out of the freezer in the morning and when you get home at night its ready just to heat through and serve. i often do this and i keep tortilla wraps at all times so that bolognaise sauce/chilli etc and some raw chopped veg can go in those for a quick hot healthy dinner. also egg noodles, bean sprouts, and raw veg with a bit of garlic and ext vrgn olive oil makes a great stir fry in under ten mins
