Here is the website..but you can buy the book at any book store or you can buy it on your tablet/phone as well

The thing is, we weren't even trying to conceive, like I said, I just came to terms with not being able to have a baby and I think that helped me relax and destress my body ...stress and worry won't do any good when TTC...I was 28years old when I got pregnant.

I didn't work and I didn't have children, so I devoted a lot of time to counting calories and the gym. :-) Granted, after I had my first child, I gained it all back and then some, but I had a harder time making it to the gym then and counting calories was out of the question! LoL Its tough, but it will happen. And don't worry what other people think. You are young! I know people who don't ever plan on having children and no one talks about then. :-) Another thing, relax. Stress can add a lot of problems down there. I think that is why so many people adopt and then get pregnant because after they adopt a baby, they stop worrying so much and "poof" they get pregnant. Relax and take it slow. Making the baby is half the fun.

I would highly recommend the "supercharged hormone diet" for all women who have pcos...its basically a way of rebalancing your hormones naturally through food. Its a 30 day meal plan (let's forget the word diet here)

As you know, pcos patients You know that our hormones are all out of whack...when I did this diet I noticed my entire mood change, more energy, better sleep and just as a bonus I lost 15lbs....its worth a try! :)

Plus you also have the advantage of being young!

Hi there! Pcos patient here....AND I had half an ovary removed during surgery....and I currently have a 6 month old baby!!!

What worked for me? I stopped stressing about having a baby and started accepting my life as one that might not involve children, instead I went off birth control and started getting unto shape and went on the "super charged hormone diet"....two months later I conceived my beautiful baby boy!

So I would just relax and enjoy life as it is...it WILL happen to yoy !!

Have a baby when YOUR ready, not because you think people will talk about you...its sooo much work! But I have a really good frind who thought the same thing as you, she thought she couldn't get pregnant because she has pcos. She ended up trying and getting pregnant! It is absolutely possible!

19 is still very young. Chin up! I have PCOS and when I was 18, I told I would NEVER have children. Today, I am almost 29 and I have two beautiful girls. I wasn't on medication for either of them and they were both conceived the "natural" way. I lost a lot of weight, and that helps. I don't know if you are overweight, but a lot of times, that is a side effect of PCOS. With my first, we had unprotected sex for two years before I became pregnant. I lost about 50lbs prior to that. With my second, I had gastric bypass 1.5 years before and I lost 175lbs and got pregnant within a week of trying.

Don't give up hope. You have plenty of time to try to have children.
