As they say the first step is the hardest. For me this was remembering and regaining good posture. Getting rid of the belly means that those muscles need to be fully engaged as often as possible. Holding your stomach in as we use to before pregnancy is a great start. Then try this tight little Pilate move that isolates and works only your lower belly muscles. Flat on back with legs together and shooting straight up into the air as tight as you can make them. Then in a small controlled more reach higher with you feet. You should only be able to move them an inch or so up higher and engage your lower belly. Don't do many pulses up at first. It is a killer ab/core exercise and it is very effective

exercise and body shapers work wonders. also have your honey massage your belly and hips. that helps alot. i still take my prenatals and all the vitamins help my belly start disappearing. start with the prenatals, and massages. then go to exercising and a body shaper. i will warn you though, body shapers aren't cheap. i wish you luck :)
