I've benn divorced for 2 and a half years. Because of this i, had to get a job on another country so i worked for a month and then came to see my kids for 2 weeks and i was like this for 2 years cause the father never let me take them. Now i'm back with them, and they live with me again. The thing is that right now i'm not working and i'm a mom 24/7

So i'm really frustrated cause i'm losing my patience a lot with the kids and the only way they listen to me is shouting them! And i really don't like this but i don't know what else to do... I try to play with them, but it's really boring... They have 4 and 3 years old and they fight a lot! and they shout and beat each other every time and that puts me on my nerves... Please i really need some advice... Thanks a lot!

Carla you should have patience because children are like this only. its like.. a tradition for the children of this age. be cool and calm. u just see that what they like to play and to eat. then you start doing that thing only. you just see the similarities and dissimilarities between both of them and try to get them closer to each other. this will decrease your loads from your mind. and this is for you that you must do some meditation in the early morning.
