Before I had my daughter my schedule was crazy! I had absolutely no routine but after she was born I learned that a routine was key to my survival and sanity lol. Babies love routines and if you have a good schedule for your little one then it will make things so much easier for you. First make sure you have your daughter on a good bedtime routine. Between 7-730 is a good time for little babies to go to sleep. We start quiet time around 6 which is usually when i give my daughter her dinner, then at 7 is bath time, then one last bottle of formula, then we read a story and off to bed for her. She is usually fast asleep by 7:30 and she sleeps right through till 7:30 the next morning. When she wakes up in the morning we have breakfast together. Make sure you have breakfast everyday!!! It is so important because you are breastfeeding. Breastfeeding burns up to 500 calories a day so you need to be getting enough nutrition to support yourself and your daughter. Right now my daughter is taking 3-4 naps a day so when she is napping that is when i do my personal stuff such as shower, clean up the house, laundry. Whatever has to be done I like to do while she's napping that way I can play with my daughter and go for walks with her when she is awake. I like to take my shower during her first nap because it gives me energy and helps me to start my day off right. I find that if i put it off till the afternoon I just feel sluggish. Basically schedule in the important things such as breakfast/lunch/dinner for yourself and put your LO on a good sleeping routine and then it will be super easy for you to schedule in all the other things you have to do. And remember to schedule in some downtime for youself, its important to maintaining sanity. Hope this helps!
