I have 3 boys, 5, 4, and 1. My 2 oldest are both fully potty trained but after i had the baby who is now 13 months, my four year old started having bowel movements in his underware. He only does it at home. He doesn't do it when he is in public or spending the night at his grandmothers. I know it is a lazy issue but I dont know what to do. Nothing works. I have yelled, tried to talk to him, my husband has even smacked his but for it, time out...nothing works...i tried to make him clean the underware afterwards. He just says because when i ask him why. I dont know what to do. He apologizes 5 min later and says he wont do it again but he does. PLEASE HELP ME, WHAT DO I DO? Oh, and this isn't constant, he does go on the potty but a few times a week he will go in his pants....and occasionally go pee in his bedroom. I really cant take much more, it is disgusting. PLEASE HELP!!

I have a soon to be 3 yr old and he's potty trained. Since i am due any day with my second my oldest has a tendency to do it. My mom says that what he is doing is trying to get attention bc he's no longer the "baby". What I do when he does it is just i make him sit on the potty for like 15 min. and then me n him talk and I explain why he cannot do that. Usually it works.. I hope this helps you.!!
