I lost all of mine within 3 weeks due to breastfeeding, but was left with a lot of loose skin. I think that will be the hardest to fix. I will be swimming in summer and walking.

When I had my first son I remember thinking 'Oh my gosh I will never get back to the weight I was'. I think because I never knew if I would or not, I found it quitehard to believe it would happen. It did with regualr walking and breastfeeding and I also lost another stone thereafter. Don't pressure yourself though, it's only been eight weeks!! With my second I didn't feel so pressured to lose the weight because I knew it would come off and it does. Dont worry just enjoy your little girl. It will come off if you are eating healthy and do a bit of exercise honestly:)

I didn't have any incentive to get rid of baby fat until my baby was a year old. Then I asked for a wii fit for my birthday and started slimming world. Lost a stone in a month and it so much easier to do when you have a baby. You don't weigh hardly any of your food and you fill up on so many foods that you like. Give it a go. I know so many people who have lost so much weight on slimming world.
Hope this helps.

try not to get upset to much about it 8 weeks isn't long at all...make sure you eat healthy and breastfeeding kills haps of calories aswell as walking and light exercise till you get your strength back..i'm not sure if you can use it while breastfeeding i would say it would be a no no .but i heard acacia berry tablets two a day in the morning and one at night but you would have to make sure ..it makes you feel less hungry and it s natural..

I breast fed for the first month and wasnt for me, that sure was helping and I've started using ALLI with excercise and eating the meals that they assign you for your weight. I'm practically already down to before I got pregnant. I hope this helps =)

Don't feel down, like one of my doctor said, "it takes you 9 months to put on the pounds, it will take you 9 months to take off those unwanted pounds." I believe that this is a true statement. Don't worry... in time you'll take those pounds off. One thing that helped me was just go walking. start small then work you way up to a jog. and if you're like me and jogging isn't for you-stick to walking.

With my oldest son, I did Pilates with Mari Winsor. It worked wonders. It took me two months and I was back in all of my jeans from before my pregnancy. And my stomach was much tighter than before. I concentrated on the "core" workouts. Mainly because that's where my only concerns were. Good luck!
