I want my body back!

It's been 3 months.
I've lost about 50 pounds.
I need to lose A LOT more.
(Granted, I was heavier before I got pregnant than I would have liked...)
But, I really want my body back.

How can I do this with my baby? I can't push her off on everyone. :(

Join a gym, hunny, and take advantage of the kids clubs! (They'll watch the baby while you have your workout.) Even on the days you don't want to do cardio... jump in the pool and relax!

You can even do exercises at home. I liked to do crunches with my daughter sitting at my feet and every time I popped up I said, "peek-a-boo!" She loved it. Depending how old your kid is, if they can sit up, you can also sit on a chair, put your kid on your feet, and lift them up and down. They think it is a ride and you can work your legs. Good luck!

Thanks, everyone. I am breastfeeding, so I hope it can still help remove some of the extra weight...if not, I'll be walking in the meantime, so hopefully something will help!

I take my baby running with me, I have a jogger stroller and Aleska loves it, she falls asleep! lol

lol, well, breastfeeding did an amazing job for me, but once I finally weaned its taken a toll on the girls. They do have workout videos for mommy and baby that you can try, and me and my son used to do lots of walking at the mall
