Long story, please read as I really need advice!?
Please dont judge, baisically childrens services gave custody via courts to my ex, this was for two reasons; the domestic violence in my family n alcohol misuse (both via my father who I no longer see) and also because my property needed tidying up abit on one occasion they came out as I early and I had been sorting things the night before. This was only on one occasion.
I was 16 when I had my son, and when I split with my ex and I got my own property I was trying to juggle work, college and care for my son on my own.
His dad was never interestd he always prioritised his parents over our son. But he still lives with his parents and he is now 20.
I see my son 3 times a week for 2 hours, I also have a lil girl whose father I am still with, (4 months old) and my ex has limited the time my children spend together to 20 mins for 2 days. I have to stick to this as social worker agreed it and its now in court agreement :(.
My partner isnt allowed to spend time with my son and is limited to pick our daughter up only, this is due to my exs demands, my partner doesnt drink or do drugs so cannot understand why he is limited, especially when my exs partner sees my son, goes on hol with him and is constantly drinking!
My boy was in n out of hosp for about a month due to hsp and still neds to be checked every few weeks, and my ex stopped me frm goin to hosp n told nurses not to give me info! :'(
I just want my lil boy back, they are trying to say I was an unfit mom because my son has speech difficulties, but my ex and his bro had speech problems at my sons age?
I miss my sin so much and im goin to court to get full/ shared custody. I just want to know what my chances are as im on jsa with my partner, whereas my ex is working and lives with his parent n bro n sis (his parentss also work) in a 4 bed property?
PLEASE HELP ANY ADVICE WILL BE APPRECIATED.

I am in similiar situation; there are women's resources, please please please check with circuit court of internet for women's law assistance. I am hiring private attorney at reduced fee... $50 per hour. As grant money from Women's Legal Aid not willing to take on such a big case. You are entitiled to MORE TIME as am I, if in fact you are 1. not abusive, 2. not on drugs those are the only two biggies that judges demand supervised visit/time limitations with child especially as it is not in childs best mental health
