Ask your OB about taking a Benadryl before bed.
Mine said it was perfectly safe in moderation (she was right, I now have a perfect 2 month old :)

Cherish your sleep before the baby comes. I mean really, really enjoy it.

I slept on my side in my bed and put a king size pillow between my legs and a wedge (not sure of the actual name) under my stomach. I used the Jolly Jumper one. You can buy them in department stores and they support your stomach and back when you sleep. You can use it on both sides and the wedge part goes under your stomach for support and the other part supports your back. I rarely had a sore back and never got sore hips and I always slept fairly well (other then having to get up to go to the bathroom). I hope this helps!

When I was pregnant my hips hurt me very badly so I always slept good in a recliner.

They only thing that worked for me was sleeping on the couch on my side because it gave me good back support. I even had one of those pillow things and it does not give enough support.
