Breast ,milk only stay good for 12-24 hours out of the breast. If you start pumping now, you will use up all the colostrum, and it will all go bad before baby is born.

If you are worried about leaks get some breast pads to absorb it.

Do not squeeze it out or pump. You could lose valuable colostrum and go into preterm labor. Don't worry, you should have plenty of breast milk when she comes.
