I was having similar problems, ( and I'm only 26..lol) and my husband started complaining of back pain too. It was our mattress. My mattress is a really high quality and less then 10 yrs old, but none the less, it was time for a new one. Try sleeping on the couch one night and see if you feel any different. It may be time for a new mattress.

have you checked to see if you have arthritis or lyme's disease? I would maybe try doing a web md check with the symptoms. How come you can't see a dr? insurance issues? maybe you could check your local health dept. to see if someone would be able to see you. Also could be related to sleep apnea...if you are not getting proper sleep then your body will constantly be fatigued.

I am 27 & have the same problem! I feel very OLD & I honestly think that when you have a baby your body goes through so many changes that it makes you feel older! The best thing we can do is get more active. I have 3 children 6,3 & 11 months & I know it is difficult to get the excercise we need! I am so out of shape!!! Maybe someone knows some cheap & fun ideas to get us movin?!? LOL

It sounds like your suffering from SPD (Symphasis Pubis Disfunction). Join my community and have a read through what I went through during pregnancy and still going through now! I really feel for you its horrible.

I felt like that when I was stuck on bed rest and then after I had my daughter. It took a couple of weeks of getting active. Put the baby in a stroller and walk around the block, you'll feel better and the baby will see some new things. It was torture getting to the mall but I felt better after I had been walking around for a bit just loosening up. I use my daughter as my weights now, I lift her up with my legs while I hold her with my hands and swing her around and up and down. I do the same thing with my arms. She giggles like crazy and I finally got my thighs in shape so I can fit into my pre-pregnancy pants and my arms are looking awesome.

Exercising and stretching can help lots, you may still be sore the first couple days but after you will feel much better and your muscles will get stronger

have you felt like this since being prego? i had this problem during and for a long time after i had my daughter. i finally went to my chiropracter. he adjusted me 4 times total and i now have no pain. pregnancy knocked my hips out of place bad, and birth was even worse. hope you start feeling better.

I am going with Yoga! I have found that when Samantha was young I was doing more bending and lifting and putting my body in weird positions. but yoga really helped me get my body streached out and helped me to relax a little. I think the also have mommy and baby yoga! so you don't have to try and find time when you are by yourself...cause god knows that is almost impossible! Here is one video that I found! but I kjnow there are many more out there like this.

Oh yeah with my first I would find that I hadn't eaten by the time my husband got home from work. It is amazing how fast you feel awful when you are not taking care of your self. I fine if I have had more than one cup of coffee I get stiff.

Yoga I am not big in to the spiritual side of it but a good video with the calming music and slow controlled streching. That worked for me. sometimes it is just taking the 20 minutes for yourself. my son would lie on the floor and watch me stretch. good luck. If money is tight most librarys offer free vidio rental

you need to exercise. I was that way after I had my son and when I started working out again it all went away. Make sure your getting all your vitamines and enough fiber and protein..

I would say that you should just get out and go for a walk with your baby and do some slow and deep stretching. I think if you just get your body moving you may feel a lot better. Also I am not sure if you are breastfeeding but you should make sure that you are hydrated. You should be drinking at least 64 oz. of water a day. How old is your baby? I hope this helps.
