Just remember to drink fluids throughout the day. That was the hardest part for me with all 3 pregnancies. I kept a small by the fridge and any time I went in the kitchen I would fill it with water and drink the whole thing before I left the room. I don't think I ate anymore being pregnant than when I wasn't. If your doctor was concerned, they would let you know. As long as the baby continues to grow, you will be fine. The biggest reason for eating is so that the baby doesn't take all of your food sources and make you weak. Trust your body.

With my second pregnancy I was never hungry. I was afraid that I wasn't going to get all that I needed for my baby. I couldn't even take prenatal vitamins because they made me sick. So I drank Ensure drinks. My daughter was extremely healthy.

You probably don't feel all that hungry right now, as the size of your uterus is pressing on your stomach making it harder to eat full meals... don't be too concerned, try to eat small snacks throughout the day (obviously healthy ones) and enjoy the last few months of your pregnancy! And all the best of luck for you hun x

I wasnt hungry with my pregnancy, I was actually dropping weight for a while (i was a little overweight). As long as you're eating SOMETHING with your vitamins you should be fine

You don't have much room left, so thats why your stomach probably hurts and isn't hungry. I wouldn't worry about it, just keep taking your prenatal vitamins and drink fluids. I only gained 22 lbs with my second and he was a healthy baby, I even lost weight at first. So I would say you are fine, good luck.

I had no appetite towards the end of my pregnancy and did not gain a lb. my last trimester. Keep hydrated and you should be fine. I gained 18 lbs and had a 8lb 7oz healthy baby boy!

ive been like it all the way through my pregnancy!!

everyone kept telling me ''your eating for two now'' but i could just about eat for one!

my appetite seemed to shrink rather than grow! but i always make sure im eating fruits and vegetables and the good stuff ... but obviously not forcing myself to eat!

i think if your getting the important bits then you shouldnt be too worried .. especially of baby is healthy and growing well! :D

DRINK, DRINK AND DRINK! You need lots of fluids especially if it is hot. Try drinking a nutrition shake. In my first trimester with my first I couldn't eat anything in the morning but I needed something to get me going so I would have an Ultra slimfast shake (really good if partially frozen) and then I could eat later in the day. I gained 18 lbs. and had a 8 lb. 13 oz. baby. You need to make sure you are getting nutrients even if you can't eat.

All the books I have read have advised that often you don't gain any weight in the last trimester as the baby is quite big at this point and putting pressure on your stomach which can lead to you not feeling hungry (as there is no more room!) Try and snack on some nuts for protein and make sure you drink plenty of milk during this time. Baby and Mum need plenty of calcium and if you are not getting enough, baby will draw on your own calcium supplies and take what it needs from you, therefore leaving you calcium deficient which may cause problems such as osteoperosis later in life. Hope this helps and best of luck for a safe delivery of your new little one

lol as long as you aren't loosing weight you should be fine! your stomach is just smaller because there is a baby in the way :) maybe eat a protein bar or something similar to keep your energy up and get your vitamins

I had the same problem while I was pregnant. Of course, I was having twins but the doctor told me not to worry because I had no room for food with babies taking up all that space. She said as long as I was drinking lots of water and taking my vitamins we would be fine. Hope I helped a little..... :)

I havent been hungry my whole pregnancy and i lost 8 kgs before i started gaining weight and now im put back on that 8 kgs plus like 2 so in total 10 but on top of my normal weight im only 2 more kgs since i first got pregnant. Try not to worry as long as you are still putting on weight.

I actually wasn't hungry at all with my last pregnancy (my 3rd) and didn't even gain but 2 pounds the entire last 3 months - but I gave birth to a very healthy baby girl at 7lbs. 6oz. But ofcoarse talk to your doctor if anything concerns you - its better to talk and know then be stressed

I think that as long as you are still gaining weight you are fine. I wasn't hungry either my last trimester. It's normal. Do not force yourself! I did once and just threw it all up and made myself sick. Eat when you are hungry and you should be fine. Remember small things here and there are better than three main meals.
