I have been a stay at home mom for 3 years now and i really have to go to work, but i'm very discouraged that no one will want to hire me. I have very limited experience, the only jobs i had were while i was in high school. then there is the issue of finding a babysitter. I will never really be satisfied with who ever is watching her. But atleast i do know that she will enjoy going to the babysitter cause she loves playing with kids and rarely gets to.

Any advice please!

Try finding a job that they will look at your time at home as experience such as housekeeper, try home health aide, babysit for others in your home, daycares. These are all places that you need little to no experience and you have experience staying home with you own family.
