Well that's put a smile on my face :) yeah he can't wait to feel when he or she moves I think he feels a little useless because he can't really do anything but he does his best bless him and I think it'll sink in more with him when he feels our baby move and thanks I'll keep that in mind :)

when it happens a few more times you will be sure but it's very likely you've felt your baby move. It's a nice stage and your partner will be able to get a bit more involved. Feel free by the way to pm me any time.

I so hope so if we find out I'll let you know for sure I thought I felt something earlier but not too sure it felt like a small bubble popping inside but a with a bit of pressure and felt slightly different than if it was gas lol only way to easily describe it really but I've never felt anything like it before so it did make me wonder :)

Five weeks will fly by for you especially with Christmas going on and I bet within the next five weeks you feel your baby move. How exciting :)

Those are both lovely names! Are you going to find out what your having? How far are you? Feeling your baby move is the best feeling ever and watching it is even better I used to lay for hours just watching me belly. Cherish every moment of that. With all mine around 5-6 months I kind of fall in love with my babies, that was mad because iv never felt a love like it and essentially I had nothing yet to love, iv often wondered if others feel like too? You'll have to let me know.

And ouch!!!!! Re your mum.

and That was lovely to read I've decided I'm going to try have a natural birth if possible and without I doubt I agree with you about the epidural I hate needles and the thought of it going into my spine freaks me out some what and when my mum had one of my brother's she had an epic and they had to attempt it a few times and once hit her spine and bent the needle so as I said it's a big no no

Even though I know I'm pregnant sometimes it still doesn't feel real I think it's because I can't feel him or her move yet (fingers crossed her lol) when it happens I think it'll start feel real, me and my partner have thought of names and we are incorporating a middle name from my side for the girl in memory of my little sister and great grandma and my partners name and my grandads name for a boy so for now we've settled on ava ruby for a girl and a boy lucas Ryan Allan xx

No I don't mind you asking at all,I was 19 and super excited but a little apprentice, i was a week early when my waters broke and went in to hospital 24 hours later they had to induce me, the pains came thick and fast and 2 hour and 25 minuets later I'd given birth to a wonderful baby girl called cydnee-lorelle, I had no time for pain relief and I tore a little but to be totally honest as soon as I held my baby I didn't care (I am a huge whimp i faint at everything so if I can do it, medication free it can't be that bad) dont get me wrong it's hard work and yes painful but it's a different type of pain and totally worth it, my best tip for you would be listen to your midwife and if you need the pain med's take it i remember the worst part being the internal when I first went in and the stitches at the end. . My second daughter was 8 days late, I had to have the stretch and sweep (which isn't that bad either) with her I had a slow labour but stayed at home luck my hb made me go to the hospital when we did because I would have had her in the car, walked in to the hospital then not long after I had sienna may. With my 3rd I was more nervous then with the other two, I developed colitis (a horrible bowl disorder) so I was rather ill through out my pregnancy, I was 5 days late when my waters broke 72 hours later thu decided to induce me again, I think I was in labour about 5 hours the midwife kept trying to push the epidural on me but I didn't want it, the thought of that needle in my back freaks me out, so I took gas and air in the end to shut her up. Anyway I had my last baby girl Kaden rose. The worst thing about having kadies was the hospital, I couldn't wait to get home.

I was lucky I know some people have it hard but some have it ok and everyone has a fanatic story to tell afterwards so try not to worry to much.

I always wanted 4 kids but I 3 really is enough, two little ones and a teenager are hard work some days but I wouldn't change them for the world.

Its kinda funny with me when I was younger I decided I never wanted children but then when I met my partner that all changed we've been talking and we think we only want this one for now I suppose we'll see how things go but I am slightly worrying about the giving birth part because I've heard so many stories of it hurting but I know every pregnancy and birth are different but then I'm also excited what was it like for your first if you don't mind me asking x
