my son is almost 4 months old, still won't sleep through the night, any suggestons??? and also on loosing weight, any suggestions, i am breastfeeding too, since he has been born i lost 25lbs, but gained 8 back, what can i do??? i feel huge and embarrased

Don't know what to tell you about the sleeping.
Yeah, I have the same problem with working out, can't seem to do it. After six months, I still hadn't lost hardly anything.
But, I started drinking sparkling flavored water and sparkling green teas instead of soda, and noticeably dropped weight within two weeks. Seriously, I rarely have soda now. You can get the waters at any grocery store, I get mine from Wal-Mart, really cheap, along with the (Nestea?) flavored sparkling teas. It's like drinking fruit soda. I only needed it because I'm addicted to the feeling of carbonation.
Or you can stay close to your preggo diet, try to eat as much healthy food instead of junk.

my youngest had an issue with sleeping. he would wake up atleast twice a night for a bottle. My pediatrician recommended that I stopped giving him bottles at night, and stop rocking him to bed b/c they expect it when they wake up. Well it worked and now all I have to do is lay my son down and shut the door and he's out a few minutes later with no crying. Also he sleeps all through the night most of the time. My husband still gives in and will go in to give him his pacifier sometimes.



To lose weight I just watch what I eat. No more fast food ( atleast no often) and I go to the gym 5days a week for like an hour. I do some cardio and some ab workouts and I'm done. I lost a lot of weight, and I'm pretty much back to normal. hope this helps

hey. My son slept through from 6 weeks so can't give much advice re that. But after I had my son I lost all my baby weight in about 2 months. I would take blake walking every morning and we would go swimming and to aerobic about 2-3 times a week as well as breastfeeding and eating healthy food the majority of the time. My problem is not losing weight (i find that easy) my problem is keeping the weight off but I guess by exercising regularly (2-3 times a week for 1/2 to 1 hour) and eating properly i tend to gain very little. Hopes this helps.

Oh I am with you! My youngest is 14 months old and I keep telling myself I'll start tomorrow! I finally picked a date and I'm going to kind of "boot camp" myself into a diet. For me, that's the only way to diet is to just dive right in! Starting July 6th, I'm going to only eat healthy, whole (not processed) foods and cut out drinking pop. In my experience, if I do that for 6-8 weeks, I'll lose enough weight to keep my will power and I can gradually go back to eating "normally" with the rest of the family. Keeping off weight is my most difficult struggle, I know how hard it is! Good luck!

hi, when my son wouldn't sleep through, i put my watch under his pillow so that he could hear it ticking, it worked for me. i'm sorry but i can't help with the weight loss because i still have most of mine.
