i would like to know how other mothers are losing there baby weight!

Breast feeding your baby helps you get abck into shape quicker, otherwise EXERCISE honey

That thing works!!! I would do the boxing on it and would be exhausted after like 2 min.! lol

I got back down to pre-pregnancy weight within 3 wks. and it was 100% from breastfeeding. Although it was extremely painful (breastfeeding causes pretty bad contractions), it was very much worth it. Now I just have to tone back up so I do lots of cardio. I have a major sweet tooth, so I just try to stay active and get as much cardio and sweat going as I can by running or walking or even picking my baby up and doing lunges while holding her. The key to tightening back up and melting the fat away is getting your heart pumping and sweating. Good luck!!!
