My son is now 4 years old. I had a c-section also. After I got the ok to start excersizing I got back down to my original weight. Im petite and the only problem that I have is the extra skin below my belly button. My belly button is destroyed also.

I have done everything that I could think of. I don't want to have a surgery either. Any other tips on how to lose the extra skin?

I really like Tracy Andersons Post Pregnancy work out, it is supposed to make the skin come back to the muscles, so far (after a month) it really seems to be working! You can find it on you tube!

The skin is stretched so there's nothing you can do to "lose" it. Since it's been so long it doesn't sound like it will ever go back.
I have had 3 children and my belly is all stretched and has stretch marks all over it. I just accepted the fact that I won't be wearing crop tops anymore. They are the legacy I get to remind me of the 3 wonderful lives I created and brought into this world.

Sorry be there's not much you can do! Stretch marks are one of the not so nice parts of having a kid. You could always apply some anti stretch cream on the affected area but the only way to truly get rid if it all is surgery. I know you don't want to but if it truly bothers you that much, you'll have to. try the tummy tuck surgery it's not to expensive and gets rid of the baggy skin. What I do is not think of it as stretch marks, but more battle scars! Every REAL mom has stretch marks so just show them loud and proud!
Hope I helped! ♥ Patricia Lang
