Mirena for over a year. Am I pregnant or did my period just stop out of nowhere?

I've had a Mirena IUD since May 2011. It's now December 2012. I had unprotected sex with my son's dad on 11/19 and 11/28 and a few times in between. Thursday, 11/27, I wiped and had a slight pink discharge. I thought, "Oh great, the day before my big company party I get to start my period." I had some slight cramping the next day and then it pretty much went away. Normally when I'm about to start my period my breasts are very tender. I have gone from eating very little, to eating out all the time and practically feeling like I'm starving all the time. I'm beyond exhausted. My last 3 pregnancies when I was pregnant, I knew the instant I was but it took a couple of weeks to get a positive pregnancy test. I guess my question is has anyone ever experienced having a slight discharge and having their period totally stop? I tested negative the other day, but if I were pregnant I would not show up for a week or two anyways. Has anyone dealt with this before? I totally feel pregnant. I'm just concerned it's something really complicated, I'm extremely constipated when most of my stools are loose and almost on the verge of being diarrhea. Like I said, I wasn't eating much. Now I'm binge eating. Just really odd. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey. I've had the Mirena since 03/2012.I've noticed that the last two times I've had a period it wasn't much of anything. My OBGYN did say when I first got it that my period would eventually stop. Ive had unprotected sex while using Mirena and haven't had any pregnancy questionings if that makes sense. It screws with your hormones BAD though. That could be the reason behind all the binge eating. I fluctuate. Sorry I can't provide anything solid. But I hope it helps somehow!
