I have been ttc since coming off of depo in April with no luck. Finally last month I decided to try Preseed wich to my surprise worked. I had implantation bleeding on the 6th of September. I had cramps all along since ovulation day. Af was due on the 12th wich to my disapointment I thought i was out for that month. Finally on the 16th I decided to test because bleeding was very light and finally got my BFP! I was soo happy and worried at the same time. On the 17th went in to the Dr. They said my urine pregnancy test was very light and i was miscarrying :(. I had a HCG blood count test done wich came back to 62. Bleeding has been med. Flow and i have been passing small clots and one grape size clot. Went back in today for my next HCG test wich came back to 60. They said I am most likely miscarrying and havd to go in tomorrow to make sure all the tissue leaves my body. I am sooo devastated and am looming for hope that is not a miscarry and i will go in tomorrow and get good news. Shouldnt my hcg levels have gone down more and not just 2?????Someone help me i would like to hear some stories good or bad to put my mind at ease. :'(

every two days your numbers are supposed to double if numbers start to decline and you are bleeding they suspect miscarriage if you havent gotten an ultrasound you should get one.

I remember one of the reasons they tested mine the 2nd time was to confirm that the pregnancy had terminated completely. So, IF you were miscarrying, it might be that the pregnancy hasn't terminated completely (which I *think* is why some have to have a D&C, but IDK for sure). Having said that, I think 60 HCG could be in the normal range for a pregnancy at 4-5 weeks.

Thats where i am confused i feel like my levels should have gone down faster and not just 2, i have go go in again to get the hcg count tomorrow hoping for a miracle. I also went in today for a vaginal ultrasound and the Dr. Said there is no evidence of pregnancy and that my cervix is closed. I also stopped bleeding today. Its soo unfortunate & i am very sorfy for your loss.

Sounds very similar to my miscarriage. I had the medium bleeding flow with small clots and one grape to golf ball sized clot. I had my HCG levels tested after a 9 week ultrasound revealed no fetal pole or heart beat (which might have been normal for 4-5 weeks). BUT, my HCG levels initially were over 100, but 48 hrs later they were down to 2.
