I am a mother of 3 young kids. they are 3 years old 18 months and 6 months. i am trying my best to keep everything together but its not working. i go to school full time and my boyfriend works. when i get out of class i have to pick up the kids and then take them home but by the time i get home he is already gone. i feel like i have to do this all alone. my house is always a mess and it seems like no matter how much i clean it is never done. My 18 month drives me nuts she doesn't listen to anything and is in everything. i just don't know what to do and how to control it all. before i had kids i was very neat and still now it drives me nuts to be in a mess but i am just ready to give up. most of the time i am running on 3 hours of sleep. i am just losing my mind and i feel myself taking it out on my 3 year old and that breaks my heart because she is my little princess and a good girl. i just dont know how to handle it all. i need help asap!!!!

I am in the same exact spot you are and the only thing I can say is when you feel overwhelmed just forget the house cleaning for a minute & take your children for a walk or go to there room & play the mess will be their when you get back & your relaxed & not so irratated. hopefully that will help you a little bit :)

oh yeah if you only have 8 weeks left def hang in there best you can. i have went through so so much since my first baby was born. i been in many situations to where i just had to tell myself, " this is only for a little while, it will be better soon" and in your case very soon! way to go girl! if you could get away on a weekend maybe have a close friend or relative come clean up for you or help you clean b4 u leave. also the meds they give for depression can help with that overwhelming feeling and anxiety. i take Paxil. i'm not by any means crazy but i have much better patience with my children and have more energy as well. but don't let these last 8 weeks beat you. you have come too far.

i also tried this and i realized i would do better in school and my children would benefit from me not being so stressed out if i waited for them to get older. so now both my children are in school (4yr & 6yrs old). now i am back at school and i have from 8 until 1 to do what i need to. before i decided to wait i was extremely stressed out, it caused major problems in my marriage bc i felt almost like it was the hubbys fault for some reason i guess bc i didn't have any help once i got home from school. i ended up failing all my classes and becoming very depressed. after i decided to just stay home i got a good routine down and i spent time with my babies. they don't stay little long honey. i know that waiting 4 yrs seems like such a long time. my oldest child is almost 7 and let me just tell ya it has flown by! not trying to discourage you at all. just telling you my experience. talk to your husband about it. also try doing some online classes. i am also doing that.
