My daughter is almost 11 months (in a week) and she use to sleep through the night (830pm-630am) it WAS amazing, and she has been sleeping through the night for 4 months now! All the sudden (the last 2 weeks) she keeps waking up at 230-330am every single night! The first week I would go in her room and pick her up rock her and put her in her swing and she would finally go back to sleep after 2 long hours! Now she just smiles
When I pick her up and won't go back to sleep till 9am!! So I thought okay now I won't pick her up ill Just make sure she is ok has her bink and give her teething tablets. The first night she put herself
To sleep within 5 minutes! Tonight is a different story! She's been crying since 330am and won't go back to sleep! She cries off and on and I walk into her room after about 20 minutes and she's just sitting/standing in he crib and stops crying right when she sees me! As soon as I start walking out she screams! I don't know what to do anymore!!! Help please!

Have a look at the troublesome tots website www.troublesometots.com it has good tips and you can email the lady who replies to questions personally.

Thanks for the input Sarah. I use to rock her every day/ night. I stopped about a month ago! And she was doing great. Until now! I go in there the first time I hear her cry cause I want to know she is ok or she has her bink. Sometimes she throws her bink on the floor and when I walk in its on the ground by the door. So then she will just cry until she has it. It would be a challenge to not go in there at all and just let her soothe herself, bink or no bink but it's worth a shot!! :)

Not sure if this will help or not. When my son was little I would rock him to sleep. He got so use to being rocked to sleep that that was the only way he knew how to go to sleep. I know this is not your issue as she was sleeping good before these last couple of weeks. But with my son when we went to break the habit of rocking to sleep I found out that he would cry longer if I went into the room to check on him. Since in the past he was use to getting rocked he expected me to pick him up when he saw me come in. So I started to stay out of the room and just listen on the monitor. That was REALLY hard, but it worked better if I just stayed out of the room. With in a week he was going to sleep on his own great. I know a little bit of a different situation then with your daughter, but maybe seeing you just starts the cycle all over again and makes it longer.

I haven't brought her in since she's been waking up! She is a very happy baby and eats all her food and seems healthy so
I didn't feel I needed to.
