My 18 month old is small.

I have an 18 month old son, he was a normal weight until he was about 4 months old, when we relocated. Since then he stopped growing at a normal pace. He's 20 pounds now. He's a very active happy boy, and he eats like a horse! His doctor has no idea why he's so small. Any ideas here??

I suggest taking him to a different doctor. Not trying to worry you, but he could have a growth problem. Not dwarfism or anything, because he doesnt seem to have any of the tell-tale physical signs, maybe his growth is just stunted. He could also just be a small little guy. I was at the pediatrician tuesday and saw a 1 year old little girl who was only maybe 6 inches taller than my 1 month old, lol. I dont think it's too much to worry about but i really do suggest you get him looked at by another doctor just in case.
