I am at my wits end. My baby girl scratches this one younger child at school, but only that one. She get along fine with all the other kids. She also has a older sister that is 7years her senior. She never does this at home so I really do not know why she is bullying this one child. Sometimes she will go out of her way to get to that child just to hurt her. She will hit her wit her sippy cup, kick her, pull her hair but lately it's the scratching that is the worst! Today the teacher told me that she grabbed the baby on her lip and scratched her mouth open! I feel so sorry for the other child and I feel so bad that it is my child doing it. Like I said. she doesn't behave like this with the other kids and also not with her sister or her cousins. Pls help. I don't know what to do.

I do cut her nails really short. hehe. But some how she still manage to do damage...

She is a year and a half. And that makes it difficult. she is still to small to be placed with the bigger kids and to big to be with the babies... And there is only the one class for her age group.

She is such a sweet child but maybe all parents think that of their own kids.

Well, I would first cut her nails really short...lol... I know it's silly but at least there won't be as much damage.

Can you ask to have her placed in another class? I mean the daycare should have thought of this...it puts both parents in bad positions.

How old is she? She's most likely to young to know why she is after this child, she doesn't do it to anyone else...I mean she's not a malicious child.
