My first baby got all her teeth pretty fast but my second was so slow .. one at a time. I found giving them something cold to chew on would help. Also, I would give them baby Tylenol.

It depends, my son started teething around 5-6 months old and didn't get his first tooth til he was 9 months old. His crying gets worse as a tooth gets closer to breaking through and lessens a couple days after eruption. We used Hyland's teething tablets for our first two children, they were awesome, had them calmed and sleeping in minutes. They aren't as effective with this baby so we use orajel.
